Yoga at 37 degrees for an hour and I felt like dying
My mum does
the Bikram hot Yoga which is at 41 degrees for 1.5 hrs!!! I don’t
know how she tahan also
Oh I can
use the gym facilities if I wanted.
Right now
the facilities at Raffles place, gym and yoga studios are at
different buildings but they are building a new building where all
the facilities will be together.

TrueYoga and I think they have a couple of gyms around Singapore
which I can use. I can use either their Raffles Place or Pacific
Plaza studios for Yoga or other exercise classes they
